We run a minimally staffed, counter-service pizzeria in our yoga studio. Sometimes there is a line, sometimes there isn’t. If there is line, know that we are busy and working as hard as we can to get your order out. We appreciate your patience. We are open from 5:30-8:30 pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.

Our dough, made with imported Italian flour, undergoes a 72-hour fermentation process. Crafted from just flour, water, salt, and yeast, this extended fermenting period ensures easier digestion, even for those with gluten sensitivities.

We prepare a limited number of pizzas each day. Preorders are available for both dining in and takeaway.

FAQ’s

  • At Aglio, we do things a little differently — and intentionally.

    We’re a counter-service restaurant, so when you arrive, just come inside and place your order at the counter. Sometimes there’s a short wait, sometimes a little longer — but that’s all part of the rhythm here. Grab a drink, catch up with a friend, enjoy the music, and soak in the experience.

    After ordering, find a seat at any open table and we’ll bring your food and drinks to you when they’re ready.

    Want to add something later? No problem — just scan the QR code at your table to order more food or drinks right from your phone. We’ll deliver right to your table.

    We also offer online ordering with limited time slots each night. Orders can be placed up to 3 days in advance through our website. Once a night fills up, online ordering closes for that evening.

    Prefer to take it home? You're welcome to place a takeout order in person at the counter any time we're open.

  • As of right now, we are only accepting reservations for groups of 5 or larger. We have plenty of seating for walk-in dining. Text 817-919-9263 to make a reservation request!

  • Yes, we do! We offer a wonderful selection of Low-Intervention/natural wines, as well as imported and craft beers, available in both bottles and cans. Wines can be purchased by the glass or bottle.

  • Currently, we are only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 5:30-8:30 pm.

    We're starting slow, but we do have plans to expand our operating hours.

  • If you cannot place your order online then this means we are either sold out of pizza and the online ordering system is turned off, or there are too many orders in the line already and the system is full. We suggest trying another time slot or coming into the restaurant.

  • At this time we do not.

    However, our flour is imported from Italy and is produced with different standards than USA flour. Additionally, we long ferment our dough so digestion is much easier. Gluten-sensitive people generally have no problem eating our pizzas.

  • Our pizzas are 12"-13" and we cut our pizzas into 6 slices. Most couples will order two pizzas and salad for dinner.

    Our dough is light and airy. The imported flour, long ferment method, and simple formulation will leave you feeling satisfied but not weighted down.

  • Tips go into a tip pool distributed among all hourly employees who help to create your dining experience.
